At RUDIS, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure every athlete is equipped for success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
